At Jockey UK, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear and hosiery cannot be returned once the seal has been broken.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postcode to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your parcel to the nearest designated drop-off point; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.
